Dual-mode (satellite / LTE) aircrew alerting system We can provide a reliable, resilient, secure, and redundant system, with lightweight one/two-way comms (including mass alerting systems). All managed from an intuitive command and control operations interface, and based on the Iridium NEXT Satellite Constellation. Includes hardened paging devices, voice capability, Push-to-talk, and text satellite comms devices with redundant land-based cellular comms alternate path. This solution provides a reliable and robust solution anywhere on the globe. Which focus area is most relevant to your solution? Primary Aircrew Alerting Describe your solution A range of highly portable and/or installed devices that meet the needs of a person, inside a building, vehicle, aircraft or in remote locations that provide a redundant, bi-directional communications (including data, voice, or text messaging) via satellite network and cellular networks worldwide. Blue Sky Network intends to incorporate many existing commercial technologies already in existence, and in use by the US Government (DoD, DoS, NASA, etc.) and other commercial aviation, maritime, land-mobile, and personal security organizations. The backbone of Blue Sky Networks proposal is the Iridium NEXT satellite network that provides 100% global coverage (pole-to-pole) with its already deployed constellation of 66 satellites in low-earth orbit.
