Solution Description:

Team Praeses proposes an integrated C2 system, Worldwide Aircraft and Aircrew Messaging System (WAACMS), providing real-time status of various facets of the emergency alerting system. The system will meet the needs of AFGSC for a rapidly fieldable, cost-effective, and user-focused solution. It will modernize and improve the EAR equipment and communication pathways used to move aircrew personnel from locations across an installation to and from the aircraft with minimal or no warning. WAACMS will be built on open architecture principles, allowing for ease of integration with current legacy systems as well as new systems that come online. The system will be built via an integrated communications architecture that is flexible and leverages COTS and Dual Use equipment and concepts. This enables trusted and proven technologies that are tailored to the needs of the EAR. WAACMS will provide for a modern, clean interface completely customizable by command post controllers and other system users. The solution will be both hardened and rapidly deployable and operate at both fixed and forward deployed locations.
